Aerosmith Slay The rest of Las Vegas Residency As a consequence of Steven Tyler’s Sickness

Aerosmith has canceled the the rest of their 2022 Las Vegas residency due to an unspecified illness impacting frontman Steven Tyler.

After canceling two Deuces Are Wild shows earlier this week, the the rest two Vegas concert events — scheduled for Dec. 8 and Dec. 11 — had been called off by the band Thursday. 

“On the advice of medical doctors, Steven has to sit down these out,” Aerosmith said Thursday in cancelling the the rest two Vegas shows. “Quit wholesome and we’ll gaze you within the new 300 and sixty five days!” The band did no longer specify what Tyler’s illness is.

On Dec. 2, Aerosmith offered the closing-minute cancellation of that night’s live performance as Tyler became once “feeling in unfortunate health and unable to kill.”

This previous summer season, Aerosmith canceled the originate of their Las Vegas residency as Tyler reentered a drug rehabilitation center. “As many of , our liked brother Steven has worked on his sobriety for many years,” the band wrote in a statement at the time. “After foot surgical treatment to put together for the stage and the need of tension administration all around the course of, he has recently relapsed and voluntarily entered a treatment program to listen to to his health and recovery.”

Aerosmith returned to the facet road in Sept. 2022 for their first submit-pandemic live performance, and after one more gig at their hometown Fenway Park in Boston, the community restarted their Las Vegas residency, performing 12 shows from Sept. 17 to the now-remaining gig on Nov. 29.

While the band promised to glance followers within the new 300 and sixty five days, Aerosmith at present has no concert events scheduled for 2023.
